Day Three – Presentation Skills (Part 1)

* Characteristics of powerful presentations and presenters.
* Managing confidence and nerves.
* Structuring content effectively.
* Making a strong case and preparing presentations.
* Developing and using notes effectively.
* Visual aids (PowerPoint) – best practices and pitfalls.

Day Four – Presentation Skills (Part 2)

* Stage management – owning the platform.
* Using voice, body, and facial expressions for maximum impact.
* Psycho-linguistic techniques and the art of oratory.
* Presentation Skills Exercise 2 (preparation and delivery).
* Managing audience engagement and interaction.
* Handling questions with confidence and credibility.

Day Five – Communication and Influencing Skills

* Presentation Skills Exercise 2 (presentations and feedback continuation).
* Team presentations and collaborative delivery.
* Influencing skills – driving change and gaining buy-in.
* Managing organisational politics with integrity.
* Course wrap-up, reflections, and action planning for future leadership growth.
