Overview of CIPS Levels
There are five levels of CIPS accreditations for all levels of supply chain professionals. Depending upon experience, you may enter your CIPS learning at either Level 2 (Certificate), Level 3 (Advanced Certificate) or Level 4 (Diploma). For Level 4 entry, you will need at least 2 years’ relevant commercial experience. Once you have achieved your CIPS Level 5 Advanced Diploma in Procurement and Supply, obtaining the Level 6 Professional Diploma allows you to be awarded the MCIPS accreditation. This is your professional licence to practice.

Overview of CIPS Levels
There are five levels of CIPS accreditations for all levels of supply chain professionals. CIPS Level 2 (Certificate in Procurement and Supply Operations) is the first of our three entry level qualifications. This level is perfect for those just starting their career with little or no general business experience. This qualification is ideal for school leavers aspiring to move into a career in procurement and supply without any prior knowledge of the profession.

Operations
The CIPS Level 3 Advanced Certificate in Procurement and Supply qualification is designed for those who have general business experience or have started a role within procurement. Which CIPS Level is right one for me?
Selecting the right CIPS qualification level depends on your current experience and career goals in Procurement and supply. Here’s a brief guide:
Level 3 (CIPS Advanced Certificate in Procurement and Supply Operations): Suitable for those with some experience in Procurement or those who have completed Level 2 and want to advance their knowledge.
Level 4 (CIPS Diploma in Procurement and Supply): Designed for professionals with some practical experience or those in supervisory or managerial roles. This is the first professional diploma in the CIPS framework.

Are there any hidden charges?
All costs are clearly shown in your formal quote. In addition to your course fees, you will need to pay examination fees and for your CIPS annual membership. You will also need to budget for some books for the course as welltoo. If you are self-funding your course, we also offer an exam and book package.
What Support will I recive throughout my studies?
You will have access to our dedicated in-house support team and a dedicated tutor to assist youexpert trainers throughout your studies. You will receive access to our online learning system to provide you all the resources you need to be successful with your studies, including recorded webinars, podcasts, revision sessions, mock exam and activities to test your understanding.
What happens if I need to defer or stop Studying due to work or personal reasons?
We offer three years of access to course materials to ensure complete flexibility with your learning. If something unexpected arises in your professional or personal life, you can pause and restart your learning when you are ready.
What happens if I fail a Module?
Our pass rates are exceptional but in the unlikely event you fail a module, you will need to retake. Our team are here to offer guidance and support, and if you are within your 3-year period, you will have access to all the materials to revise any content. You would then be required to pay for the examination fee to re-sit your exam.

I'm unsure of which learning mode to choose
We offer both Virtual Classes and Face to Face Classes study options to suit different learning styles and preferences. Distance Learning would be ideal if you prefer a self-paced approach and are comfortable with independent study. It’s also the more cost-effective option. While Virtual Classes are designed for those who prefer a more structured environment with tutor-led sessions and opportunities to interact with other students. Face to Face classes are ideal for those who prefer in-person classroom-based teaching. We have study venues across England and depending on the level of course, you can select from evening or weekend classes.
Can I change the way I study?
